Refund & Cancellation Policy – Crumple Cash

At Crumple Cash, we strive to offer the best experience and transparency for our users. Below is our Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription anytime via the app.
  • No cancellation charges apply.
  • Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for accidental charges, duplicate payments, or billing errors.
  • To initiate a refund, email us at zeeshan@crumplecash.com with:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date of payment
    • Reason for refund request
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. No Refunds on Used Benefits

  • If any part of the subscription has been used (e.g., cashback credited, DigiGold earned), the refund request will be evaluated case by case.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if benefits have not been redeemed or used.

4. Merchant-side Transactions

For products/services purchased via Crumple Engage through partner merchants, please refer to the merchant’s own cancellation and refund policy.
